All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out. Lara Nour Fashion offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
Prices shown on the Site are Ringgit Malaysia. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each month using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Customers purchasing from a country outside Malaysia MAY will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are to be paid by the buyer. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier agent. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Ringgit Malaysia, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Please send us confirmation of payment and together with proof of your payment and your details (name, address and phone number) to email@example.com so we can send out your order as soon as possible and please bank in the correct amount.
Payment must be made within 24 hours. If not, we will cancel your order.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Returns and Exchange
Returns are accepted if returned within 3 days of receipt (for local and international orders). Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sell-able condition with returns label still attached can be returned. No refund in term of cash money. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at firstname.lastname@example.org by quoting the order number and product details. Sale items and items bought using discount codes are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable nor refundable.
Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, returns and taxes if imposed.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Lara Nour Fashion. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
